Cool Springs Car Wash

Watch out for the charges on your card statement. When using the self service bays. I’ve noticed on many occasions that it will charge the full $15 even if you end the wash prior to the timer accumulating $15 worth of time. Sometimes it will charge the appropriate amount but about half the time, it will incorrectly charge the max amount.

Took my $120,000 car through the touchless car wash thinking I’d be fine, absolutely not. Came out of the car wash in my back left wheel was completely curbed and torn up. Stay as far away From this place as possible. Absolute joke scam. No one will answer the phone and I’m sure they won’t make this right.

Ridiculously high priced but GREAT chemicals. The bays are sloppy looking and the vacuums all look run down but there seems to be a good line at the "lazy folks" wash rather than the self service. The brush was soft and soapy and the triple shine does an amazing job but the property itself if way beyond the start of the decline.

Went to the self wash cleaning side of this car wash today. When I arrived I have a question regarding cleaning the bed of my truck the individual on site Daniel was unable to answer any of my questions, when I asked if I could speak to a manager he called someone on his personal phone spoke to the person for 5 minutes in front of me and another language (Korean) . When he got off the phone he refused to give me the manager's name and number and stated "manager feel uncomfortable talking to you" now I've never been to this car wash before, nor did I know the manager and simply asked a question in regards to being able to self clean my truck and the employee was unabek to answer my question. I offered to leave my name and number in the manager to call me which then Daniel chuckled and laughed and said "yeah sure". I would advise anyone not to go to this car wash and go someone else since the customer service is very rude, and management is very disrespectful.

Owner, “Tony” is always on-site and on top of maintenance. Chemicals are always full, and he keeps the place clean. If you have an issue, he’s happy to help. Anyone that complains didn’t take the the time to ask - for example, the one review that said he was charged $16 on his CC… well, $5 cash wont get your car washed, so that’s lie #1. The charge is actually a pre-authorization like at the Gas station, but instead of running when you finish, it does usually take until midnight the next day for the charge to adjust to whatever it should be.
